Garmin GPSMap 60C

I've owned the Garmin GPS MAP60C for 4 years. I bought it for geocaching but added the street maps for car navigation. It has performed well and been a very useful tool.
After owning it for about a year the on/off button stuck making the device useless. I contacted Garmin, they were initially going to charge me $80 to repair/replace the unit I persuaded them to repair the device for free. I got a replacement unit back in a very reasonable time. This unit has never worked the same as the original. Locking into satellites is now extremely slow. Even on a clear day it takes 5 to 15 minutes to get the signals needed to map.
Now after 2 more years another button sticks and limits the functionality of the unit.
Originally I would recommend the 60C but once I got the replacement unit I can't. It is just too slow to lock into satellites and the memory is way too small for road trips. Best used for geocaching.
I'm replacing the unit with another brand because the maps are too expensive and you can't use them on more than one device.
