First GPS I ever bought and will never buy any product again from Mio. This GPS is TERRIBLE.

The search capabilities are primitive. You can only search on street addresses, not names of attractions. The touch screen is antiquated -- I have to punch it with my fingernail to get it to respond.

The UI design is poor. You have to use Mio's work-arounds in order to perform actions. When I asked why I couln't cancel the current route and then search for a new one instead of searching while the current route is in action and then replacing, I was told by customer service that it was because that is the way it works. Well, if it doesn't work well the other way, why is there an option that allows me to do it that way?

Thoroughly, across the board, a TERRIBLE product with bad design, and limited capabilities. My advice: get yourself an updated set of maps instead of wasting money on this GPS device.
