Navtour G4: Cannot Update Maps

Hi,

I bought Navtour G4 from buy.com. That unit is good. But I cannot update maps (couple of exits added at my local roads but they never in preloaded maps). I emailed Navtour support and also Navteq support. Navteq support guys replied immediately saying I have to contact Navtour for my maps updates. But Navtour guys never turned to me.

More over there is no way that I can increase the size of the Micro SD card (only 2 gb is supported and out of that 1.4 gb are preloaded maps). The device with multimedia features should deserve more memory but they didn't support that. So over all they opened the doors for a lot of features but tied up with limitations. That is like "Tying a guy in beautiful world visible to him but cannnot able to enjoy".
