TomTom GO 730

Touch screen quit working properly after a couple years. TomTom had me delete and reload software. After 25 minutes started to have problem again - it started jumping screens and ending up on the help menu with a list of local police departments.

After checking on TomTom discussion boards, I've found it is problem that is not uncommon. Called them back and after they found out what we tried (deleting the HELPME folder) didn't help.

They told me it was probably the touch screen. Wished me luck on finding someone to repair it or find a screen myself (it was out of warranty).

Deciding if I should fix it or try some other brand.
